Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items back into their original shipping box or a secure mailer, ensuring the original invoice and tags are included inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
